Efficiency Direct can assist UK organisations in need of
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rates how energy efficient your building is using grades from A to G (with ‘A’ the most efficient grade).
You must have an EPC if:
there are changes to the number of parts used for separate occupation and these changes involve providing or extending fixed heating, air conditioning or mechanical ventilation systems
Our qualified ECP assessors will carry out a physical site survey and collate 12 months of energy data to generate the EPC.
Buildings, with a total useful floor area greater than 250m2, occupied by a public authority and frequently visited by the public are required to have an up to date DEC.
DECs provide an energy rating of the building from A to G, where A is very efficient and G is the least efficient and are based on the actual amount of metered energy used by the building over the last 12 months within the validity period of the DEC.
Our qualified DEC assessors will carry out a physical site survey and use 12 months of energy data to generate the DEC, which must be renewed annually.
It is a legal requirement under the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) to ensure that air conditioning inspections are carried out every 5 years and they are conducted by qualified and accredited air conditioning inspectors
Buildings with an air conditioning system over 12kW must have a valid TM44 air conditioning report
The recommendations part of the report can save money by reducing energy consumption and maintenance cost
Air conditioning reports help you enhance your company’s green credentials.
Our qualified air conditioning inspectors will attend site to survey the air conditioning system, obtain evidence to generate the TM44 inspection report and certificate.
